Playing "Ketchup"!

We made some projects a few months ago, so we thought we'd take the time to share some of them!

One that we made for Quinn was a "Yarn Wrapped Mobile!"
We took basic wooden letters, purchased at Michael's, and wrapped each letter individually in yarn.
We also purchased wooden rods, wrapped it in yarn also, and crossed them to connect the letters.
We hung each letter with clear fishing line and there ya go!

We also saw some cute decorative light switch plates on Pinterest. They only require cute scrapbooking paper of your choice and Mod-Podge (which can be found at any store selling craft supplies).

We took plastic light switch covers (they were around 89 cents) and covered them completely in Mod-Podge. Next we laid them face-down onto the scrapbooking paper. Using an X-acto knife, we cut around the light switch cover and  switch hole in the center. After that we covered the entire thing in Mod-Podge, and after a couple coats and plenty of time to dry they were done and ready to go on the wall!

  1. These are great ideas! I didn't think to use patterned paper on light switch plates - I will have to try that!

I posted your Blog link on my (Stampin' D'Amour) site under "Crafty Blogs to visit" link list. :)

    Have a fab weekend!
